on top of everything else done wrong in this case... 5 years to charge... they charged him just after 5 years.. It should have been misdomeanor charges but those run out at 3 years so they changed it to felony charges (they were still outside that window) Part of what the judge said was the reason it was bad, is because the payments were to hide it from people voting and so it was election interfernce,... BUT he was voted in as president in 2016 first payment was in 2017... and then we get to all of this...

Why is anyone believing the mainstream media about what's going on with this situation. The "fact-checkers" that pop up so fast in search engines are also completely captive. The better place for this topic right now is the Rumble video service.

The case is hopelessly corrupt and broken: everything the old, rotten judge and his handler who was by his side did, the jury instructions, absolutely everything was a crazy sham prosecution. The bookkeeping they are attacking was in fact normal stuff. Don't have the space or time to write out everything that was wrong.

Notice how they had to use a judge who's 10 minutes from dropping into retirement to pull this off?? There's reasons for that.

This kind of thing happening in USA in full display of everyone is shocking, and the information-shitters in msm (including internet) are working hard to put this turd in a dress and hat and call it a hot chick.

In fact, notification was just pushed by the Supreme Court that juries must be unanimous and this case was done so badly that the jury instructions effected a non-unanimous determination. But don't search that in a search engine. It is likely to tell you loads of propaganda as the top links.

It's expected to be overturned as a travesty of justice on appeal. If at the end of the story, the people who arranged this trash verdict don't have their careers destroyed as a result (and hopefully face criminal charges of their own), justice won't be served. Same true for the awful prosecution and agencies in DC who pursued and jailed every protester who was identifiable anywhere on the Capital property on January 6.

The sentencing, which Trump attended remotely on video — appearing on screen from Florida in front of two American flags — crystallizes the soon-to-be 47th commander-in-chief’s historic distinction of being the only US president ever to be convicted of felony criminal charges.

However, it also allows him to finally appeal the guilty verdict that he claims stemmed from a political “witch hunt.”
