And that’s my nephew, so no I won’t be quiet. My family literally sat around waiting to find out if we were going to have to plan a funeral and go through a murder trail. I’m not telling her who to love, and who are you to tell me what to say or not to say. She’s a child who lived with her grandmother and aunt when this happened. I will not argue with you I don’t have time for that I spoke my peace and that’s all there is to it. Have a great night

It was her defending her mother and lying about what happend. Her mom has 2 years before gets out and I hope to god she’s used the past 8 years to change her life around so that she can parent the children she’s still allowed to have contact with.

They will never get uprooted. They live with her grandmother and aunt, they always have. She’ll go back to the country, play mommy for a while and hen land herself back in jail. I know this family, I got mixed up with her father and got myself into trouble. Both of her parents are in jail. I’m just hoping she’s learned her lesson and will do right by them. She will never have contact with my nephew and he will never know my sister is not his real mother. But for the sake of her two girls I hope she can turn her life around. I highly doubt her sons father will let her see him when she gets out.

If we had it our way she would be 10 feet under the jail not spending 10 years in it. He is an amazing little boy and he will forever be loved more than anything. He lives with my brother, his wife and his two siblings. He does have some problems that were caused from this but I’m happy to say other than that he’s doing great. My intention for getting on wasn’t to cause any problems but to let the truth be known, I don’t blame her for defending her mom but don’t lie and say he fell, he didn’t fall they abused him and my neighbor at the time was there when he was brought into the hospital and all she could tell me was that he was awake and responding.
 
I’m glad some dumb asses like reliving the past, I sure don’t. “STFU and disappear” is what I would say to those ignorant people choosing to comment on or that are living in the past.

Not a dumb ass, not living in the past. It is something my family and I deal with everyday because everyday is a another day closer to having to fight to make sure she doesn’t try to contact him or anyone else. If you don’t want to read the comments move on.
 
Y’all can debate this all y’all want. I think it a child should stay out of grown folks business which is why I said what I said to her. I know her and her family, I hope she grows up nothing like her mother or her father. But the real reason I came on here was to update everyone. Her comments pissed me off because they were lies. My nephew is doing fantastic and he is with his real family. Case closed end of conversation on my part.

The courts will take her point of view into consideration. Do I think Mom should be given free reign over her children .. .NO

Do I think her kids should be able to see her if they have that kind of desire ... Of course they should.

I also think you should stop telling her, her mother is a piece of shit. Do you think a judge would find that cool ?

I'm not a judge ... but I know some and they wouldn't.
