Just curious, but if u have a screenshot of and/or saw it before deleted, y didn't u have him arrested for two counts of terroristic threats? U could've gotten much more than a simple restraining order PLUS put his sick ass behind bars.

Because I understand it would just get filed and nothing of importance would happen. He isn't going to cometo my town and try anything. He's been threatening me for years.

Look up all the cases and news articles on his past convictions. You seem to be doing a fine job picking David and Melissa apart. I agree with your reasoning. As of this time, there has been no reason to believe he's a threat to the minor. Until there is, the only thing there is is a past crime. Now the waters are being muddied by others to take the spotlight off of Sharkey who's currently acting out his sick fetish vs. a crime that happened nearly 10 years go. So I'll save it again. The guy did his time. I don't agree with his past crime. However, let's not paint me as some hypocrite because it's getting troll-ish.

That's what we're trying to do and the only thing we can find on him is the Watts vs. Sharkey case where they want to charge him for stalking. We can't do anything further because there's nothing out there that is more recent being reported. Plus, there is no warrant out as the LEO stated to you over the phone. It's kind of hard to follow the breadcrumbs when there's nothing there.

Also, not one person has said that he has messed around with the minor he currently lives with, but to brush it off as something that happened years ago is like saying whatever he did to the victim doesn't count anymore because the guy did his time. And that's fine you think that way, but I have serious concerns for the child involved in this situation.

Anywho, I've done all the searching I can and mostly have come up with stuff that is not really relevant to why you are posting here and now. There's nothing about this newer case which is weird no one wants to pick up on it since he's done it before. Nah, he's done this two other times to girls who were both mentally unstable. One was 16 and the other was 18. The one you're referring to I think is the 18 year old. All I said was that I was told there was another warrant for a different thing in a different county. As for a warrant for this case, I did clearly state that it was being investigated. The girl's computer was taken along with her cell phone and we'll have to see what comes from that ordeal.

Oh, Jillian Moen is the mother of a girl in MN who spent 6 days with him, from the very first article. Not the FL girl. That one was 16. And on that note, I'm done with this thread, this guy's making my head hurt.

I used the idea of China's threat and reporting it as a form of sarcasm. If you kept reading, I said "Nah, I don't sweat you."

Why are you justifying their statement and if I make warning of response, I'm the bad guy. This is getting out of hand. Every time I write something, it gets demonized or misunderstood. If you agree with my assessments that are factually backed up then great. If not, fair enough. But look at it all in the one big picture that it's presented in. I'm very curious to know what your beef is with him. It's ok if you hate him, there's a few people I know that haven't done anything to break the law but I would like them shipped off to a deserted island, on another planet.

If your intent was to out him you should have presented everything. He's been arrested before there's no doubt about it, including having domestic violence cases against him but he hasn't done anything that is considered illegal.

I know a restriaining order in FL is given to anyone that asks for one. All you gotta say is you're scared of that person and poof you're granted one and have to go to court a month later to persuade a judge to extend it.

I would like to know why he wasn't arrested if he went to meet that, girl? There was a midget arrested a few weeks ago for driving to meet a teenager.
