Sentenced: Toddler Wandering In ‘Heavily Soiled Diaper’ While Florida Man Was Passed Out Drunk

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office (FCSO) said that Ross Judy, 44, was taken into custody on March 16 after multiple 911 calls reported a 2-year-old child walking in the middle of the street in pajamas with a heavily soiled diaper.

Witnesses told the sheriff's office they initially saw the child in the front yard of a nearby home and, concerned for the child's safety, took the toddler back to the residence. There, they found Judy passed out in his bed, reportedly intoxicated.

Upon investigation, deputies uncovered dangerous tools, garbage, animal feces, and an emaciated dog with severe health issues inside and outside the home, according to the sheriff's office. The residence was littered with alcoholic beverage containers, bugs in toilet water, and a sink obscured by cigarette ash. Pill bottles, exposed razors, and hypodermic needles were scattered throughout, accessible to the child.

The sheriff's office said Judy was arrested on charges of child neglect without great bodily harm and abandoning an animal to die, sick, diseased, or infirm.

All I can think of is LADIES PICK BETTER PEOPLE TO PROCREATE WITH! I just came in from my break where I encounted FOUR stories on my Goofle feed along these lines. Two of them were bemoaning that the fathers of their children (yes in both cases fathers of their multiple kids) are not in their lives at all, and one about a criminal now in jail for life, so again, not there for the child and the forth one was about one dude that found out she was with child that ran from one coast to the other to escape having to be a parent in the very near furure. Like, I don't know, maybe don't put out for scumbags?

BuffettGirl, The answer is pretty simple and clear! These women need to reevaluate their standards! Don’t associate with men who are unstable, uneducated, unemployed, have other children they are not supporting! Don’t expose your children to a.ny man until they are fully vetted!! Don’t have any more children, the children you have will need your full attention and support as they have “fathers” who are worthless wastrels! Making your devotion to them very important! You can’t make or shame a man like that to suddenly become an upstanding supportive father! Many times it’s just better that they don’t bring their drama and legal troubles to you and your children!
