You obviously haven’t read through all of the testimony from all of the children, or seen the testimony from her where she protected him until she was told what she faced. She changed her story, as did her mother. There are public records that show the 12 open CPS cases that were opened prior to him being involved, and also show that the father of her older kids dad was involved, and also her brother, the kids “Tio”. You said you’ve seen this too many times… you must know a lot about the CPS system or families who blame others for murder. You aren’t very smart, so you should look into the laws and the entire case (including all affidavits, CPS reports, etc., before opening your mouth!

Sugar cookie, you obviously don’t know the whole story. I do. I know the god mother and her story has never changed.10 open CPS cases before he was ever in the picture. Her oldest son said his dad told him he could kill him cuz he was a bastard child. Nelson’s attorney said he could only have 5 witnesses. He also declined to submit a ton of evidence. Sonja changed her story. Multiple injuries in various stages of healing. I could go on and on. And yes, I will do whatever I need to do to keep this going…whether you like it or not. He is innocent of killing Gio, and the ex and the oldest son killed him over time. The injuries were there and in different stages of healing…before they got together. She avoided taking him to the doctor regarding the injuries so that her oldest son didn’t get in more trouble than he already was in. Read up on the case in full, and not just what the news reports. You’ll change your mind, I guarantee it!

What were these "other instances of domestic abuse and violence against children" that were shown as evidence in court, stuff he tried to keep hidden during his trial? I'd love to hear the explanation for that. She's a piece of shit, and so is he. Seems like everyone beat on that boy, from what you say. You sure seem to keep some nice company... yikes.
