Orlando Bejarando-Diaz, 34, is charged with six counts of first-degree rape, incest-under 18 years of age and tampering with physical evidence.

According to an arrest citation, the victim told police that Bejarando-Diaz raped her on multiple occasions.

According to the citation, the victim told police that the newborn passed away.

Bejarando-Diaz is being held on a $50,000 bond.
