A Colorado woman who allegedly killed her newborn baby and tossed it onto her neighbor’s deck in January was charged with murder Tuesday.

Camille Wasinger-Konrad, 23, appeared at a preliminary hearing and said she didn’t know she was pregnant until giving birth the morning of Jan. 2, according to FOX31 Denver. It later emerged, however, that Wasinger-Konrad had asked for a new work schedule due to the pregnancy, a co-worker told detectives.

Jeanette Barich was the first to call police after discovering the dead baby on her backyard porch in Castle Rock.

Detectives arrived and discovered Wasinger-Konrad in the neighboring home, which she had been renting from a family for about four months. Wasinger-Konrad was sitting in the upstairs bedroom and agreed to talk to Douglas County Detective Adam Moorman, but said she didn’t know what he was investigating, according to FOX31 Denver.

When asked if her DNA matched the dead baby found next door, Wasinger-Konrad responded, “Well the thing is, I don’t want to get in trouble.”

Wasinger-Konrad told the detective she woke up that morning with stomach cramps and “the baby just came out.” She said once the baby was born, she covered the newborn’s mouth to prevent the landlord’s family from hearing the infant’s cries. The family was asleep inside the home at the time.

The woman then sat on the deck with the baby in a blanket for about 10 minutes before tossing the body over the neighbor’s 9-foot fence, police said.

“I just got rid of it,” Wasinger-Konrad told the detective.

The baby’s body hit a railing and back of a chair before landing on Barich’s deck, the station reported.

The landlord told detectives she cleaned blood in the upstairs bathroom, but didn’t know Wasinger-Konrad was pregnant. A bloody shower curtain was also found in the neighbor’s trash can, police said.

Wasinger-Konrad, was charged with first-degree murder-victim under 12/position of trust, first-degree murder-after deliberation and tampering with evidence.

Well... the thing is you can quit worrying about the possibility of getting into trouble you worthless pile of mangy hyena shit. Your heinous, atrocious and cruel actions of putting your hand over the newborns face so the landlord wouldn't hear it's cries? You then think lobbing it over a neighboring fence where your newborn hit a railing and chair before finally landing on the neighbors deck.

You must be a complete and utter imbecile not to know your actions just bought you Trouble with a capital T and it's going to follow you for life.

@Satanica
The trial for a Highlands Ranch mom accused of throwing her dead newborn over a neighbor's fence is ongoing, as a jury will now consider the case.

Camille Wasinger-Konrad faces charges of first-degree murder after deliberation, first-degree murder by a person in a position of trust and tampering with physical evidence.

Wasinger-Konrad admitted to smothering her newborn for three minutes before throwing the baby over an 8-foot fence around 6 a.m. Jan. 2, 2018. The neighbor's dog found the baby around 9:48 p.m. that night.

A year and a half later her defense attorneys insist Wasinger-Konrad is guilty of lesser counts of tampering and child abuse resulting in death, not premeditated murder, because she functions like an immature child. Testimony revealed she wore a Disney princess gown to her high school prom, and her own grandparents wouldn't leave her home alone for fear she might burn the house down.

But investigators say she's a liar and manipulator who admits to spending 10 minutes deciding how she would dispose of her baby, who Assistant District Attorney Chris Gallo said was "left to die on a cold Colorado morning without the grace of a name."

But the grandparents left her alone to fuck.

You’re right you could end up with the Jack Burton

And here I am 32 weeks pregnant and MASSIVE. I've only gained 17 pounds but I look like a damn beached whale. I can feel every kick and movement, HEARTBURN so much of it. I want to die. If this is what most women feel like while pregnant I can see why people say there is no way someone can't know. Because this shit isn't for the weak.

Today I experienced something that almost killed me. This is how I explained it to my husband and DR. He was laughing and almost pissed himself BTW. While I was at work grooming an Aussie I had what felt like someone shoved a damn CATTLE PROD into my vagina and zapped me 5 times in a row! I screamed out in pain. My coworker said it looked like a saw a ghost. Apparently this is known as lightning crotch. Fml I am ready to die now.

I'm glad this bitch was found guilty! That's one ugly woman. My husband was like no way that thing is only 25. Hahaa.

There are people who believe that there is no ethical difference between killing a newborn vs. having an abortion (of course the main difference is one of these is a commodity while the other is DIY ...for now). Nearly every justification for legal abortion applies to a newborn baby. Like it or lump it. I personally don't like it at all.

These are lies the pro-life side made up when they couldn’t outlaw abortion outright because the majority of Americans support a woman’s right to choose. They can’t win with the truth so they make shit up, like abortion causes breast cancer. Like it or lump it. I personally find it dishonest and underhanded.

I think she was playing stupid and taking advantage of her grandparents.

Too bad her grandparents left her alone long enough to drop her drawers to get pregnant.

If they calculated everyone’s intelligence based on what they wore to their high school prom I’m pretty sure I’d qualify for some serious disability income.
