The funniest part was the Whoopster being completely, dead-ass wrong about the cicadas, while insisting that she knew best. No, ya angry, bitter, stoopid broad. You're WRONG. There are 17 year cicadas, 13 year cicadas and annual cicadas coming this year. It's been 221 years since this happened last. And I don't live anywhere near cicadas, in fact, I've never seen a live one and even I know how significant the cicada emergence will be this year and I'm approximately 2000 miles from the closest point of this year's hatching... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

We're not going to be in the worst of the cicadalypse but we're going to see some of them. But really they may not even make a difference with all the other bugs that we have here. Gnats (I hate gnats) mosquitoes, red bugs, yellow flies, palmetto bugs, roaches, silverfish, army caterpillars, red ants, black ants, fire ants and that's just the ones I can think of.

Gnats are horrible, nasty little flying assholes who love to get in your ears, eyes, up your nose, and behind your glasses. Even tho they are insidious little insects that can drive you insane, we don't have them all that bad. Drive about 30 miles south of us then you'll see gnats, past the so-called Sand Line, supposedly where there was once an ancient beach, past the sand line the sky is black with them, you can't sit outside, you can't play ball, you nearly have to wear a bee suit to get in your car. Have I mentioned I hate gnats.

At least you can see the tornadoes coming and can try to protect yourself, ever how useless that might be, but an earthquake sneaks up on you. Nothing you can do, til it's over.
@cubby exactly!!

I live in Phoenix and in 2018 3 tornadoes touched down within a few miles of my house. Neighbors tree blew over and blocked the road, was a beautiful, tall tree.
Whoa the one in my grandmas was too. I was only a kid at the time so I dont know how old it was but it was at least as tall as her 2 story townhouse from the 1900s.
