20-year-old man arrested for peeing on homeless woman in the Bronx

A 20-year-old man is facing multiple charges after a video shows him urinating on a 45-year-old homeless woman.

Police say they have arrested Bryan Cragman for the incident who is now also facing multiple charges.

The incident happened outside of a bodega in the Belmont section of the Bronx. The woman could not walk or speak.

Some of the charges Cragman is facing include endangering an elderly or disabled person and assault.

Many in the neighborhood know the victim and say she was recently hit by a car panhandling in the street and could possibly be in the hospital right now.

When Cragman was arrested, police say he has marijuana on him and that he is also facing charges for that.

A representative from the district attorney’s office says they deferred the case for additional investigation.

I've been peed on TWICE, by homeless mofos, walking down the street, them hiding behind bushes. Never had seen either of these giggling, look-at-my-penis, nightmares before in the neighborhood.

One of the times..
I'd gotten on my best frock, and took the creepy 10-block walk to the only art store willing to be open in our area so I could buy a tube of paint, which I often was not able to afford.
I was feeling presentable, all dreamy about what I would paint, rolling down the sidewalk on a nice late Autumn afternoon, feeling hopeful...

Then I got pissed on.
By a toothless filthy asshole hiding behind.a bush who giggled and waggled his penis at me.

Was he mentally ill, abused as a child?

I don't care.
I kicked him in the shins and told him he'd better change his ways! And he apologized profusely and became a better man from that day on.....

No. I burst into tears and ran back home and didn't paint for another 2 months.

Once a dude peed on my face. (Nursing accident, not a hot porn kink thing or whatever) I thought I was going to DIE. The actual story is so horrific and tragic. This dude lost both his arms in a botched suicide attempt. He was freaking out panicking, thrashing about and wanted to pee but couldn’t manipulate himself, so I was trying to help him and yup...in my face. But it’s like I couldn’t be mad. I mean come on, he had bigger issues. I was just stunned and everyone around was like fuuuuck...handing me towels, wipes,and new scrubs. It’s a terrible feeling.

I never peed on a homeless person. I usually get a bottle and share. There was a guy I peed on every time I saw him. Indoors, outdoors....I pissed on him. Looking back I think......"Poor dumb bastard."
