Poor sweet baby Hoss. I figured his name had something to do with Bonanza and probably Dad picked the name. I thought the baby fit his name. Hoss, RIP sweet little man. My heart breaks for his Dad.

You know, I think that the juvenile that lived there, the one the investigaters talked to, is in a world of denial. That young person needs some serious help and I hope, gets it.

Crystal Ballenger

CULLMAN-Crystal Ballenger and her boyfriend,

have been indicted on charges in the death of Ballenger’s 1-year-old child.

Charges of Sexual Torture, Capital Murder of a Child and Capital Murder During Sexual Abuse have been levied against the two suspects. The original charge against Ballenger was Aggravated Child Abuse.

The charges have been updated against both suspects after the autopsy of


Jeffrey Hugh Brown

the child was released in August of this year showing the child suffered 89 injuries.

Both suspects are being held without bond in the Cullman County Detention Center.

I must have missed this story too, sick fucks! What a cute BABY he was!!! I love chubby babys. I wish all pedophiles would kill themselves before hurting a child, has it always been this bad or has sexual abuse on children gotten worse? Is it the internet making it easier to look at children then the sick fucks looking at that sort of thing want to do it for real, or are these storys just more readily available, I have been wondering that for a while.

I couldn't agree with you more.

I can't imagine the terror that little guy endured. As soon as I read the initial report (prior to hearing about the sexual charges) that stated he had rectal injuries and bruises on the back of his neck, I took a big gulp because I already knew what was coming next. It's horrific enough to violently abuse any child, but to do so sexually is on an unprecedented level of hellish depravity. And killing him on his very first birthday no less? I'm sure the demons in this guy's brain were really dancing with delight at that thought.

To hear the very next day he just went to work like normal and she went to get her hair "did" (as I'd imagine her inbred self saying it), my heart broke even more.

Find the nearest tree and string them up.

I was checking to see if I could find a copy of the autopsy report. Didn't find it, but I did find this from Aug. 2015 :(

An autopsy in the death of 1-year-old Hoss Wayne Benham shows the child suffered 89 injuries and has Cullman County’s district attorney calling for capital murder charges against the mother and boyfriend.

District Attorney Wilson Blaylock said today he has reviewed the autopsy report for two days with his staff and will seek the new charges when a grand jury convenes on the week of Oct. 6. The child’s mother, Crystial Ballenger, 23, and her boyfriend, Jeffrey Hugh Brown, 37, are being held in the Cullman County Detention Center on charges of aggravated child abuse.


“It’s really unbelievable and just hard to read what happened to this infant child. His last 36 hours were spent in horror and pain,” Blaylock said. “With the victim being under 14 and the findings of this autopsy, we are moving forward with the capital murder charges on both Ballenger and Brown. It takes you aback to think that anyone could cause these types of injuries to a child.”

Blaylock said the autopsy details the 89 injuries to the child’s body.

Among the findings of the autopsy, the child suffered 38 injuries to the head and neck from blunt-force trauma; four injuries each to the left and right eyes; 19 to the legs and arms; six to the torso; seven to the genitalia and anus; seven burns to the right foot and four burns to the left foot.

The child died March 11, 2014, on his first birthday. Ballenger and Brown were arrested a few days after the death and have remained incarcerated since that time.

Capital murder carries a penalty of life in prison without parole or death.

Benham was pronounced dead at Cullman Regional Medical Center after Ballenger and Brown took the child to the hospital, where multiple injuries were discovered.

Jeffrey Hugh Brown's trial was slated for the August docket, but his attorney requested the continuance.

Brown and Ballenger initially told hospital officials the child accidentally drowned in a bathtub in the residence they shared at Monk’s Trailer Park. Both Brown and Ballenger were later indicted on capital murder charges in 2015.

Ballenger and Brown also tested positive for methamphetamine and other drugs after Benham's death.

Cullman County District Attorney Wilson Blaylock sought the death penalty after releasing the autopsy report, which showed Benham suffered 89 injuries, 38 injuries to the head and neck from blunt-force trauma; four injuries each to the left and right eyes; 19 to the legs and arms; six to the torso; seven to the genitalia and anus; seven burns to the right foot and four burns to the left foot.

Hoss looked like he was carrying the weight of the world on his little shoulders.

How could a mother give birth to a baby that is so innocent and will fulfill your life in so many ways allow a man to sexually assault and torture that blessing.

I think there was an underlying rot in both their cores that has nothing to do with them being on meth or any other drugs.
 
well if i was granted a wish there is only one i would make and that is : that this two would be put in general population at their new residence and while there they would get what they gave to that poor baby boy .... "torture, physically, emotionally, mentally and sexually" till the day before their release (of course they won't be doing the full 40 years, and won't even be made to register as pedos sex offenders :( .) then get the same end result that they gave that poor innocent baby... now that would be justice served......
