Keenan Jamal Fleming, 27, was charged Tuesday with nine counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of misdemeanor sexual battery, one count of indecent exposure and one count of misdemeanor stalking related to multiple incidents.
The crimes began in October, when officers with the Wilson Police Department responded to the Walmart Neighborhood Market at 2700 Ward Blvd., where a woman reported she found semen on her pants.
Surveillance video from the store showed a man, identified as Fleming, pouring a liquid onto the woman and recording it with his phone.
Fleming was arrested on Nov. 4 and charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery. He bonded out the following day.
Fleming's phone was seized and searched, and police discovered more videos of the man ejaculating on women and secretly pouring semen on other victims. There were also "obscene" photos of children on his phone, police said.
