On June 13, a deputy was dispatched to the sheriff’s office to take a report of possible child abuse. After speaking with two women, the deputy was shown a video that reportedly showed Preston Lee, 31, acting abusively toward a young child, according to the arrest affidavit.
Deputies say the video—recorded approximately two weeks earlier, according to one of the women—shows Lee yelling loudly and aggressively just inches from the child’s face. He continues to shout profanities before headbutting the child twice in the head, court documents state.
The video also reportedly shows Lee making threats toward the child and throwing a gaming controller at her. Lee was arrested on June 17 and charged with intentional child abuse resulting in no injury.

Preston Lee was sentenced to 215 days in jail after pleading no contest to misdemeanor child abuse for head-butting a young child.
Lee was eligible for immediate release because he has served 115 days in jail and was credited with 100 days of good behavior.

with what little consequences the law gives out to child abusers/killers it must be really awful for the first responders and the police that has to do the investigations and arrests.... it doesn't seem worth the money spent on lawyers and trials grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..... honestly i don't know how my son that was an emt did it he sure had more restrain that i every would dream of possessing... if i had seen a battered child i think there would have a need for more ambulances for the parents/caregivers....
