Sentenced: Jordan Tupper Caused Permanent Damage That Will Prevent 4MO From Ever Living A Normal Life

Jordan S. Tupper, 25, of Sulphur, has pleaded guilty to second-degree cruelty of a juvenile.

The incident occurred in October of 2023 after the 4-month-old baby was taken to a hospital with life-threatening head injuries. The District Attorney’s office says the victim required emergency brain surgery and, although they survived, the injuries caused permanent damage that will prevent them from ever living a normal life.

Today, May 21, Jordan S. Tupper, 25, Sulphur, pled Guilty as Charged to Second Degree Cruelty to a Juvenile after a jury was seated and the State had given its opening statement.

In 2023, Tupper inflicted severe head trauma on the victim, who was four months old at the time of the crime, resulting in life-threatening injuries. The victim required emergency brain surgery and, although they survived, the injuries caused permanent damage that will prevent them from ever living a normal life.
