Sentenced: 51YO South Carolina Man Impregnated An 11YO Girl

A South Carolina man is facing child sex crime charges after police say he impregnated an 11-year-old girl.

Christopher Bennett, 51, is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor second-degree involving the child, according to an arrest warrant.

The warrant states:

A person is guilty of a criminal sexual conduct in the second degree if the actor engages in sexual battery with a victim who is less than fourteen years of age but who is at least eleven years of age. On or about June 1, 2021 or July 1, 2021 Christopher Eric Bennett, who was 51 years of age at the time, did engage in sexual intercourse with an eleven year old juvenile victim resulting in the victim getting pregnant."

His bond was set at $20,000, according to online booking records from the Marion County Detention Center.

Bennett posted bond the same day he was arrested and remains out of jail on bond.

Why give him bond? His DNA will convict him and he knows it. His best bet for any sort of future (albeit undeserved) is to run.

You know, it honestly didn’t occur to me at first that race might play a role in this, but I honestly can see that as a possibility. But the truly infuriating thing about that possibility is that his victim is most likely the same race as he. And the little girl raped by the ugly old pervert who impregnated a body in no way ready to give birth to children is the only disadvantaged soul in this scenario.

According to Merriam-Webster, one of the definitions of "impregnate" is to permeate thoroughly. Therefore, I suggest that Christopher Bennett be impregnated with 4 or 5 lbs of lead over a period of 4 or 5 days.

Unless it is murder or the person is a habitual offender they will be given a bail that they can actually afford.

Even though they do not say it I hope he was ordered to stay away from her.

I should have seen it as a joke. My gut kept saying no way bond is easy because of race. I read and see so many “impossible happenings” any more that I find myself more gullible than ever.

It’s still appalling that he was allowed to bond out. DNA test that fool. Lock him up or bond him out accordingly. I am so bothered that a CHILD is walking around pregnant and the asshat who raped her is out on bail when DNA makes easy work of confirming who raped this child. Nothing seems reasonable anymore.

Or is she pregnant? Has she already been subjected to an abortion? At 11 years of age?? It’s adding insult to injury. Obviously, this child should not have to give birth, but she sure as hell shouldn’t have to live with having an abortion to protect her developing body and reproductive organs. Will she ever be a mother after this abuse?

Effing loser. I hope someone kills his bonded out ass and saves the tax payers the expense of dealing with him.

i hope the poor baby isn't forced to carry to term... my gosh she is a baby and in my opinion anyone that sexually abuse a pre teen should be life in prison without parole... they might not have killed the child but who says that, especially a pregnant pre teen, will be able able to life with what happened to her ? it is hard enough when an adult has be raped to lived with what happened to her but my gosh how much worse for a baby that will have to live with full memories of what happened to her and worse that she had to either abort the live of a child or forced to have a baby she is far from ready for and lets face it the complications of a pregnancy either aborted or not to someone that isn't fully physically developped yet can and prob does cause so much damage and yea even never to be able to carry another child to term or even get pregnant again... also the damaged caused by being raped at such a tender age by a full gross ass adult oh my gosh the pain she must have went through makes me cry just thinking about it... that humanoid monster deserves so much more than a few years in jail and should never have be bonded to terrorise that poor baby or any other child ever again
