. I'm actually surprised this one is not on here yet I could not find the name of the baby sitter. While in her care Emma received fractures. unfortunately her twin brother Noah passed away from his injuries.
"It hurts me knowing whoever did this has as much freedom as I do, but my son is gone,” Noah’s father Paul Larson said last year.

Noah’s sister Emilia was also injured, but the parents said they couldn’t elaborate how.

In the September, 2016 interview, Noah’s mother Lindsey Keane said it appeared as if what happened to her son was done intentionally.

"That's what it looks like as of now, yes," she said. "This was with intent, with malice, yes."

In March of this year, Keane said there had still been no update from the DA.

“We are just very worried that if there is no attention drawn to this that they will forget about it. They will sweep it under the rug,” she said.

  • 7/8/17 WOBURN, Mass. - The parents of a Woburn toddler, found unconscious in a babysitter’s care, now have a petition demanding action from the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.

Fifteen-month-old Noah Larson died in August 2016 after suffering a traumatic head injury.

The Medical Examiner’s Office ruled his death a homicide in May, but no one has faced any criminal charges in connection with his death.

His parents say his twin sister was found to have healing skull, rib and limb fractures.

Now the family wants answers and started a petition to get them.

Boston 25 News reached out to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office for more information, and they sent a statement that read, "We are unable to comment on ongoing investigation."

So far, nearly 8,000 people have signed on to support the family.

Do you have the link?

I also signed the petition. These babies deserve justice. I don't care who the babysitter knows or fucks, she needs to answer for what she's done. If this is political they need to drop the politics and put this monster in jail.

I dislike it when theses cases go away and put in closets..
We all have a right to know
The Rest Of The Story
We need a leagle beagle on DD to get

Depending on the jurisdiction, as I have found in my many searches, it can be really easy to get court information, or very hard.

In this instance it would be even harder since no charges have been formally laid. If and when charges have been laid, I can search for them.

And with any other case, if ya'll want me to take a look, send me a message. I'll see what I can find.

This week marks a somber anniversary for a Woburn family. Four years have passed since the death of their toddler. Fifteen-month-old Noah Larson went unresponsive in his babysitter’s care. The child’s death was ruled a homicide, but the family is still seeking justice for Noah.
On the 4 year anniversary of his death, messages of hope and love now surround the tree in the form of hand-painted rocks. They were brought there by family, friends, and strangers.

August 15, 2016, the toddler and his twin sister Emilia were in a babysitter’s care at a Woburn apartment when a call was made to 911. Noah and Emilia were rushed to the hospital.

Emilia had several injuries including multiple bone fractures. Noah suffered a traumatic brain injury and never regained consciousness.

“There were so many things that were happening at the same time. It was just overwhelming and answering questions and you know, being at his bedside being at Emilia’s bedside,” Keane said.

In the middle of their horrific loss, police, and DCF questioned Keane and dad, Paul Larson. They also questioned the babysitter and all adults who had access to the children inside the apartment that day.

Years later, the investigation continues. No one has faced any charges for what happened Noah or Emilia that August day.

“Obviously nothing will bring no back,” Keane told Kavanaugh. “But it will mean that at least our fight and everything that we have gone through was not in vain.”

“Just a smiley, little gap-toothed little baby always brought joy and laughter to everybody,” Carpenter said when asked how she remembers Noah.

“He was just so snugly, so warm, like, you know, very laid back as long as he had a pair of arms to fall into,” Keane said.

Emilia is now 5. She is a powerful reminder that life does go on as does this family’s fight.

"Seeing you know, Amelia is milestones happening and realizing that unfortunately, Noah will never be able to meet those milestones with her," Keane said.
