Man Charged With Aggravated Child Rape, Child Abuse Of Child Age 3 Or Younger

A Clarksville man was arrested and served a sealed new indictment on allegations of child sex abuse.

Cory Nathaniel Aita, 33, is charged with one count of aggravated rape of a child and two counts of aggravated child abuse and neglect.

According to the Jan. 2020 indictment, on September 28, 2019, Aita is accused of engaging in sexual activity with a child who was 3-years-old or younger.

He is also charged with two counts of abusing a child causing serious bodily harm, and adversely affecting a child’s health and welfare who was younger than 8-years-old on September 28, 2019.

He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a $100,000 bond and has since bonded out.

Fucking unbelievable. Its fucking sad but true victims barely have rights. Why wasn’t this guy denied bail?!

I’ll never understand pedophile offenders. I actually have sympathy for a person who has those urges and doesn’t act on them. I can’t imagine how much it must suck to see a child or infant and be sexually aroused. A person has to know how unnatural and creepy that is. I have zero sympathy for the criminals who act on it, though. I don’t care what a person’s genitals are craving, how can the craving be enough to hurt a child? I wonder if Mom bonded him out? The kind of person who bonds out a child rapist is the kind of person who raises a child who is more concerned with “anything I want should be mine” and will injure a terrified child to achieve that end. I sincerely hope whoever bonded him out truly believes he didn’t do this.
