Chad M. Buyea, 32, is accused of assaulting a 17-month-old child with their own foot.

On March 3rd the mother made a complaint to police that after Buyea babysat the child, she noticed that the child had a cut lip.

The mother reviewed security cameras in her home and it showed that Buyea was hitting the child in the face with their own foot. He was then seen covering the child’s mouth and nose with his hand for a period of time, the office said.

In January 2010 Buyea was convicted of sexually abusing a ten-year-old boy he was babysitting.

Not happy that a kid got smacked around, but I am happy to learn that the foot was still attached to the child. My imagination went somewhere really dark when I read that headline.

Man I was gonna say it's refreshing that mom went to police after the first incident, instead of continuing to let this lard ass watch her kid, then I read that last sentence. She should've checked his background first at least. Glad the kiddo's okay though.
