Man Accused Of Kidnapping 14YO Ohio Girl Intended To Hold Her For 'Sexual Servitude'

A 14-year-old Warren County girl has been reunited with her family and investigators say she was kidnapped Thursday afternoon.

The teenager's father, who works at Kings Automall, called 911 to report that his daughter was missing

"My daughter comes up here with me sometimes, and I can't find her. I've looked for over an hour now," he said.

He said she doesn't have a cellphone.

"And it's just not like her," her father said.

After looking at security cameras, investigators said she left with a man—who was unknown at the time.

Seven-and-a-half hours later, deputies in Cleveland County, North Carolina spotted the truck, intercepted the vehicle and safely located the teenager.

Brandon Prichard, 38, of Gastonia, North Carolina was arrested. Investigators said he had been communicating with the teen online.

Prichard was charged with human trafficking of a child victim, kidnapping and carrying a concealed gun.

According to court documents obtained by WLWT, Prichard did "knowingly harbor and transport (the victim) with the intent (she) be held for sexual servitude."

Documents state that investigators found a "Glock 9mm semi automatic handgun" on him.

The girl is home and physically unhurt, so I'm going to ask a question that is totally off topic, sort of.

What is the deal with, especially young girls, wearing shorty shorts, lace up work boots and a COAT? I saw a girl at WM the other day wearing pretty much the same, except the coat was a wooly Parka, it's been in the 90's around here, why do they do that? Am I just too old to understand?

Haven't seen anything like that up this way. In most cases, it's too-tight leggings and a hoodie with flip flops.

No lawns, it's a townhouse community. He's legit NUTZ! He was in a bad accident years ago, he was driving gorked out on weed and killed the only two friends he's ever had. Now he has brain damage. Legitimately. He's nasty AF. He cussed out a five* year old right in front of me yesterday. He's not what one would call "a nice guy"...
