An Arkansas woman was arrested after police said she interrupted a church service, "speaking demonically," and then drugs were found in her car.
Brittany Snow-McAfee, 28, was arrested Sunday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police responded to a church where a member of the congregation said Snow-McAfee interrupted the service by "speaking demonically" and saying “someone was going to die,” according to an affidavit. She allegedly said the members of the church were “all devil’s children” and she was “there to take a soul.”
Snow-McAfee was asked to leave several times, but refused, the member of the congregation said.
The officer asked Snow-McAfee what her name was, and she responded "Jesus," the affidavit said. The officer was able to handcuff her without incident.
Police searched Snow-McAfee's truck and found a pipe with residue that tested positive for ecstasy. She was arrested and then bonded out.
Snow-McAfee was arrested again Thursday on a new string of charges, including aggravated assault, fleeing, possession of a controlled substance, suspended driver’s license and more.
