Two adults were arrested in connection to the drowning of a 5-month-old boy in Cincinnati.
According to a release from the Cincinnati Police Department, officers were dispatched on May 16 to respond to a report of an unresponsive child.
Upon arrival, officers found a 5-month-old boy who was drowning. Although life-saving measures were administered, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
19-year-old Degary Burbridge and 19-year-old Kiara Nettles were arrested and charged with reckless homicide, involuntary manslaughter, and child endangerment.
