An intellectually disabled boy tied to a pole was found dead with excessive bleeding from his lower body in central
China.
The 15-year-old teenage boy, who went missing for almost 24 hours, had his genitals brutally cut off, according to an autopsy report.
Local police arrested a 39-year-old man with a history of mental illness and he admitted to killing the young boy.
The incident came into light when a milkman noticed a nearly naked boy being tied to a pole on a street in Zhouzhi county, Xi'an Province on April 4 morning.

Zhouzhi police confirmed the teenager to be a 15-year-old boy, surnamed Ren, with a second degree disability of serious intellectual mental disorder.
According to
Huashang Post, a post-mortem report stated that Ren had bleeding in the nose and the mouth, as well as bruises in the back.
It's also confirmed that Ren's genitals were cut off.
Zhouzhi police and Xi'an Police joined force to track down the suspects. They arrested a 39-year-old man with a history of mental illness 15 hours after the boy was found.
He admitted to killing Ren, however, the case is still under investigation.
