Yes because those facts would definitely change our opinions of her. Because see good folks of DD we now have a "mother" who raised her child, nurtured her child and then allowed that child to be beaten within a millimeter of her life, in the home that was HERS and therefore should have been her safe haven not her torture chamber. And then when death mercifully took this sweet angel away, the "mother" (i.e. worthless, fucking, cum guzzling egg donor) took to Facebook to blather on about the wonderful attributes of her stunningly handsome boyfriend, i.e. the murderer, instead of grieving and/or preparing memorial tributes to the newest angel.

A man has gone on trial charged with the murder of two-year-old Madison Horn in Fife.

Kevin Park, 27, is accused of killing the toddler at a property in Kelty on 20 April.

Mr Park, the former boyfriend of Madison's mother, Anne Marie White, denies murdering Madison by repeatedly striking her.

The High Court in Glasgow heard that Mr Park was looking after the toddler while Ms White was out with friends.

The charge against Mr Park includes claims that he shouted at Madison, pulled her hair, lifted the child up and repeatedly struck her head against a wall.

It goes on to allege that he also bit the toddler on the body before repeatedly striking her again "by means to the prosecutor unknown".

Earlier, Ms White told the court she started dating Mr Park in November 2013 and he got on "really well" with her daughter.

Asked by the prosecution lawyer if she was "content" leaving Madison in Mr Park's care while she went to a friend's birthday celebration in Cowdenbeath, Ms White replied: "That's right."

Asked how Madison had been prior to Miss White going out on 20 April, she said: "Hyper, but she was fine...jumping on the bed, laughing.

"She had been trying to put my make up on as I had left it on the bed."

She also told the jury her daughter had been a "happy child".

It is alleged Mr Park pulled Madison's hair, lifted her up and repeatedly struck her head against a wall, bit her on the body and repeatedly struck her on the head and body by means unknown to the prosecutor.

The court has heard Madison, who died from blunt force trauma to her head and abdomen, had 65 separate injuries including a fractured skull, tears to her liver and bruising to her head and body.

Miss Bain added: "The Crown contends these injuries were inflicted on Madison in the course of a brutal attack."

The prosecutor told the jury that medical experts claimed that significant force would have been required to inflict some of the injuries.

She spoke of two dents in the hallway of the house which Madison's mother Ann Marie White said there had not been there before she left the house about 14:00 to go to a friend's birthday party in Cowdenbeath.

Miss Bain told the jury one of Madison's hairs was found in the cracked plaster in one of the indentations and her DNA was on both the dents.

The prosecutor said: "She was only 90.5cm and the indentations were 149cm and 165cm from the floor. If she was struck against the wall she would have to be raised to that height in some way or by someone.

"Madison Horn had no injuries when her mother left that day."

Defence QC Mark Stewart used his closing speech to urge the jury of nine men and six women to acquit Mr Park.

He described the forensic investigation of the house where Madison died in the case as "substandard" and said there was "a huge question mark" over it.

Mr Stewart said that two unusual incidents happened to Madison that day.

The first he said was at about 10:00 or 11:00 when a walking machine fell on her injuring her stomach and the second when a bed she was jumping on collapsed and she fell from it.

He added: "I don't think it is in dispute these two incidents happened where there was potential for an abdominal injury and potential for a head injury."

The QC criticised the forensic team for not examining the walking machine or the furniture in Madison's bedroom.

My questions: What is a Breach of Liberty Order? And are the public in the UK able to look up criminal records like we can here in the states? If so, I sure wish Madison's mom would've looked his up.

Info on liberty orders - http://www.westlothianchcp.org.uk/article/3072/Restriction-of-Liberty-Orders - More used in Scotland it seems, where you are basically on restrictions of movement, what time you can be out, be home and where you can go. Curfew and areas etc. Similar to an ASBO (ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR ORDER) but stricter, akin to terms of probation.

No, we do not have anything like the USA in terms of your average Joe Public looking up any ones background. The closest we have is Sarah's Law, named after dear little Sarah Payne. This is strictly for people in contact with someone with ground for concern and all has to be applied for and granted by the police, you cant look up someone on the computer and see if they are a RSO or anything, or any criminal checks.

I clearly remember this case - And the reason I clearly remember it, is because as posted at the beginning of this thread, the very next morning after the incident when it was all over the press - Madisons Mother took to facebook and wholeheartedly denied and defended this man and said he would never harm her and it must have been an accident. That's what sticks in my mind. She was very vocally defensive of him within hours of the crime and in the days following, more vocal in her defence than in her grief over her baby and that really pissed me off because it was so obvious the bastard did it. I could have strangled the Mother myself.

I was raging at the Mother when I saw all this - your first thought is your child, not defending some latest boyfriend who is essentially NOTHING to you.

And a walking machine - we would call it a running machine or a treadmill, maybe they had one of those ones you power up and down with your legs, hold on with your hands - gawd knows what they're called, but you know what I mean. But a walking machine? I'm stumped.

Park's ex - Not Madisons Mum, but the Mother of his kids Gemma Naughton- has been on social media proclaiming her children have lost their father because of 'lies' , Madison had previous injuries that could've been caused by anyone, that the murder charge occurred by the 'sick lies' and generally ranting all over.

The ironic thing is, the exes sister then accuses Madisons Mother of being stupid because ' she knew what he was like, so why leave him with Madison' - Well, for a Woman who is saying her ex is innocent, why in the next breath just she go on about ' what he was like' - SHE obviously knows what he's like, then!!

THE ex-girlfriend of child-killer Kevin Park told last night how he subjected her to horrific beatings.

Gemma Naughton, 22, who has a child to Park, sobbed as she recounted the four years she spent with the evil thug who murdered two-year-old Madison Horn.

The Scottish Daily Mail can reveal that, five months before the murder, Park was given a ‘restriction of liberty’ or electronic tagging order that imposed a curfew on him, meaning he was barred from leaving his girlfriend’s house overnight.

According to court documents, Park, 27, assaulted his former partner Gemma Naughton, 22, on October 29 last year, ‘seizing her by the arm, struggling violently with her, pushing her on the body and threatening her with violence to her injury’.

On October 31, in Ballingry, Fife, he ‘behaved in a threatening or abusive manner which was likely to cause a reasonable person to suffer fear or alarm’, acting in an ‘aggressive manner, shouting, swearing and threatening to damage property’ and putting Miss Naughton in fear of her personal safety.

At Dunfermline Sheriff Court on November 26, 2013, Park was given the tagging order and a non-harassment order, both running for six months.

But he appeared in court on December 19 for breaching the order – which was then reinstated for seven months, rather than Park being sent back to jail.

Other court documents show another breach of the tagging order on March 25 this year – but he continued to wear the tag and, less than a month later, on April 20, Madison died.

So, on Oct 29, last year, this asshole attacks and threatens his gf and mother of his child. By a whopping 2 days later he does it again. In November he gets charged and is sentenced to an electronic ankle bracelet basically. This same fucking month, Madison's mom starts dating him; are you telling me she had no idea that he had been charged with violence against his ex? Like, violence done not even a month prior?

The successful request for the sensor devices to be moved was submitted on December 19 – the same day Park appeared in court for breaching the order.

Well, I guess even if Madison's mom DIDN'T know before, surely she fucking figured it out when they applied to have his fucking house arrest switched to her house. In summation, I'm not terribly impressed with anyone in here. Who ever was involved with this guys prior sentencing. His ex, and her defending him; despite knowing he's a violent and probably homicidal monster... oh but only when he drinks or does drugs... :rolleyes:. His ex's sister, who also defends him. And then new victim who lets him move in less than 2 months after dating him, even though he wears a fucking tracking cuff and has a documented history of liking to beat the shit out of girlfriends and various others. Then, she has this violent thug babysit for her, and insists he's a good guy.

Fuck them all.

Could someone please put out a psa on what a "good" person is, because these fuckers are clearly using a bar that is way too fucking low.
