Officers with the Pendleton Police Department were dispatched at 2:25 a.m. on March 14, to 231 E State St., in Pendleton on a report from a juvenile complainant who said a drunk man battered her and her friends.
Upon arrival to the scene, officers spoke with Matson Hosier, 21, who said that he had multiple juvenile girls over to his residence.
The officer later spoke with the victims who said that Hosier allegedly provided them with alcohol, sexually attacked them, as well as choked and bit at least one of the victims, according to court documents.
The victims had previously began conversing with the suspect on Snapchat after Hosier reportedly added them.
Hosier was charged with the following:
- Strangulation, a Level 6 Felony
- Sexual Battery, a Level 6 Felony
- Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury, a Class A Misdemeanor
- Furnishing Alcohol to a minor, a Class B Misdemeanor
