An 18-year-old Wyoming man was arrested at Pirate's Cove, a water park south of Denver, on Monday and now faces charges of kidnapping and sexual assault of a minor.
Trenton Moskovita is accused of taking a child into one of the bathrooms at the park and sexually assaulting them.

Moskovita is accused of taking the child into the bathroom and covering their mouth when they tried to scream, according to the report. Responding officers say that after the alleged assault, the child ran out of the bathroom and told their parents what happened. The child's mother alerted a park employee, who then called police, according to arrest documents.

That employee told police the child was "visibly upset and "crying so hard" that they "couldn't speak," according to the arrest report.
Officers arrived and the park employee pointed out Moskovita to the officers, who then detained Moskovita. Officers say Moskovita attempted to pull away and said he was being wrongly identified and that he had triplet siblings at the park.
Those officers reviewed security camera footage at the park and wrote in their report that they saw Moskovita take the child into the bathroom, where they remained for nine minutes before the child ran out.

first of all who lets a 5 y.o. go alone in a public b/r?? 2) 9 minutes is way to long to wait for a child to finish b/r duties so why didn't anyone go in looking for that child?? or was the pedo actually part of the group of parents and volunteered to take him ( i would presume it is a him not a her) to the b/r as he also had to go and they trusted him?? need more info on this one because if the parents or guardian of the child let the child go to public bathroom by itself then they should be charged ... i know mine at that age came with me to the women's bathroom unless their father was with us then he would take the boys and i would take the girls...

The media release up there states he took a "juvenile female" into a family changing room. So it was a girl and wasn't initially necessarily going to the bathroom.

oh wow ty for the info i guess i didn't read the whole article properly but still even worse to let a young male or any male really accompany a young female even if it is into a "family" changing room and still it sure doesn't take that long to change clothing or what ever is needed unless of course if there is a need for a shower... but he is also accused of kidnapping so i guess permission for him to take the girl to the bathroom wasn't given?? still 9 minutes without keeping your eyes on a 5 y.o. baffles me... it also said that the child ran to it's parents and told them what happened so the child knew where to find her parents how come they didn't know she had been "kidnapped"? nine minutes is a long time for parents not to know where their 5 y.o. is especially in a public place or if they knew wouldn't have went to check out if there was a problem ... also this " when Officers arrived and the park employee pointed out Moskovita to the officers" ... so who i.d. him the parents or the child?? still lots of questions and wondering if the parents knew him because i can't see a tramatized 5 y.o being able to i.d. a stranger, especially one that has tramatized them, that quickly... also this ". The child's mother alerted a park employee, who then called police" it adds more questions like "was he knowned at that park? did he work there, ect", so more info is really needed
