10-month-old Daniyah Jackson died from multisystem organ failure precipitated by injuries to her abdomen and from a sexual assault. Her death has been ruled a homicide.

While the baby girl lay on her back waiting for a diaper change, Clinton Smith told police, he placed his hand on her stomach and pushed down with most of his body weight.

Mr. Smith, 30, said he was "playing" with 10-month-old Daniyah Jackson for a few moments early that evening when he squeezed her hard, causing her to vomit.

Police said he then placed her in a playpen, where her mother found her, bruised and unresponsive, upon returning from work at around 9:30 p.m.

Although Mr. Smith said he squeezed Daniyah, who suffered punctured intestines and other internal injuries, the girl also had bruises on her face, arms and legs as well as a possible bite mark on her chest, according to an affidavit of probable cause, released yesterday, charging him with murder.

Given the baby's injuries, police said Mr. Smith did more than just squeeze her, and also struck her in some way.

"I find it hard to believe the statement he gave us is the complete truth," Pittsburgh police Lt. Daniel Herrmann said. "What he told us is a partial truth. It was a self-serving statement."

He did not make any statement indicating there was a sexual assault, according to the affidavit. Police said he blamed the other injuries on his 2-year-old son, who was
home at the time, and added the baby "fell."

Doctors did not find any semen, but prostate fluid in her body.

Clinton D. Smith was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Clinton had plead guilty to first degree murder and endangering the welfare of a child and was given a plea deal in which two counts of deviate sexual intercourse were taken off of the table as was the death penalty.

I'm a Lil ignorant here. How did prostate fluid get inside her. Especially without semen. Help! (I'm lookin at you @Siobhan )

Well, he could have had a vasectomy, which would prevent semen, or is aspermatic (doesn't produce semen), or even lost his testicles from injury/illness (this doesn't mean men can not have erections, I've known two very good friends who both lost their testicles, and had no trouble in the bedrooms, just couldn't father children), and if he's having prostrate issues or inflammation, that fluid could quite possible leak out the penis - but I don't know if it would eject with a climax as seminal fluid would, or be more like a slight incontinent drip.

We need @brokenandtwisted , IIRC she's an MD, and would probably know this answer way better than I, but those are just my guesses based on basic anatomy and with friends who have dealt with prostrate/testicular cancer and sports injuries.

ETA: I have his public impalement pole ready, let him die that slow 72-96 hour death.

Thanks. All of those make sense

My money's on "lost his testicles from injury/illness" 'cause he looks like a nutless fuck.

You banged them?

Did they have prosethetic balls or was it just an empty loose sack of skin bak there just hanging down?

No, they had wives.

IDK if one had prosthetic implants; but the other had an empty left scrotum, and a mechanical sphincter implanted in the right side of his scrotum that had a small button he would press and stand a full 3 minutes to urinate with before it would automatically close, due to incontinence from prostrate removal and cancer.
I know this because my spouse and I would help his wife with his care during the last 4 years of his life, as he slowly died from prostrate cancer, because they couldn't get all of the prostrate out.
It had calcified from radiation treatments he'd had 30 years earlier due to testicular cancer, and they had to chip as much much of it out as they could, instead of simply removing the intact organ.
You can figure out which one lost his testicles to football, and which one to cancer fairly clearly, yes?

ETA: I did know one other dude who "lost" his balls - was a local man who was high up 30+ years ago in FL Power's administration, until the day he tried to get out of the building unseen.
Seems LE had surrounded the place 'specially for him, after he took several boys ages 12 and under across three county lines overnight without their parents knowledge or permission.
After he bonded out, while staying at a local motel-hell, he was found and rushed to the ER, as his 'nads were laying on the coffee table, severed with a serrated old steak knife, and he was in the bathtub.
He survived, but never told anyone exactly what happened.
One of the boys was the son of a sheriff's deputy, and when our lone town cop came on the scene, he went outside the room (motel was next to the Withlacoochee river) and tossed the balls in the river as far as he could to feed the fish.
Who know's, maybe this nutless shit had sumptinsumptin like dat happen too @Old Man Metal. :p

Prostate cancer is such an awful fucking thing, def one of THE worst cancers ever.

One of the shittiest things plaguing males. If we live past 40, we are essentially GUARANTEED to have prostate problems, either an enlarged one with age or cancer. With that comes an immense amount of life ruining inconvinences. Fuck that.

Yet another thing medical science needs to get better on.

Agree so much @JackBurton , we need far more study into this field to find ways to improve and maintain prostrate health for men, not just to prevent cancer, but to improve the quality and quantity of their lives.
The wife of my friend who died from prostrate cancer would reminds us constantly,
"Tell every man in your lives to get and have regular prostrate exams as soon as they reach the screening age recommended by their Dr.'s and/or insurance companies!"
(yet, bless their hearts, they self-paid all of their medicals costs, as they operated a small "His & Her's" house painting business).
Also, another cancer that men die from, but is so under reported, is breast cancer.
We lost a darling, and so beloved 76 year old neighbor to this last year, and it was heartbreaking, he was too vibrant and mentally young - another one taken too soon.
So guys, get those check ups when your Dr. says it's time, and also be sure to have mammograms when your Dr.'s recommend it's time, you have check up on and save your ta-tas too, they're just as important to you as our's are to us. ;)

Black men especially should be aware of it. Disproprotionately higher rates of it compared to other races of men.

Amen @JackBurton , Amen my brother!
Recognizing that this is disproportentially more severe in other races only helps to to show valid concern in races that are under reported, but IMO, it is still something that *all men of every race* must have regular exams for the prevention of and early detection of developing.
Within the US, they're very few of us that can be considered of "pure" race - we are an immense melting pot, made up of many races and ancestries, and it's up to all of us to take medical advice/suggestions for age and racial aspects into account when having regular check ups and testings, IMO.

Holy shit! I wonder how many pervs would molest kids if they knew that would be the penalty if caught!

This could be a whole DD story of its own.

And like .. Clinton D. Smith ... I don't understand why plea deals get done on these... what a walking throwup that one is. Who the fuck does that shit to a baby.

I used to think, for some reason, that prostate cancer would be what killed me. I was relieved to find out that was unlikely to happen, because heart failure came in under the radar. I've decided I don't like either of those options, and am searching for a third that doesn't involve my death.

Jokes on you. Whether you die of prostate cancer or not, whether you even get prostate cancer or not, 95% of men are pretty much GUARANTEED to have some form of prostate issue at some point after the age of 45. Yours WILL enlarge eventually and make your life miserable.

Theres nothing that can b e done about it.

Women have a LOT of physiological/health issues, but it's an objective fact men age FAR worse, and this is one of the reasons why. Seriously there is nothing we can do about it, we are ALL DOOMED to a life of misery at some point once we enter the twilight(aka close to death) years.
