A Montgomery father has been charged in the weekend death of his infant son.

20-year-oldRicardo Ocana is charged with capital murder in the death of 5-month-old Austin Diaz Flora.

On Wednesday, April 7, police responded about 11:30 a.m. to a Montgomery hospital after receiving a report of an infant with life-threatening injuries, said Lt. Jarrett Williams. The infant boy was taken to Children’s of Alabama in Birmingham where he was pronounced dead Saturday.

Few details have been released but Williams said a forensic exam of the child resulted in the death being ruled a homicide.

OMG that baby looks just like him... now what would be justice would be for him to look in the mirror and offs himself the same as he did to that mini image of himself. I would call him a p.o.s. but even that is useful it can be used as fertilizer to make things grow, and he makes little ones stop growing... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr still can't understand how anyone can intentionally hurt any defenseless vulnarable living being.
