The mother and three children of a family are feared dead after authorities discovered four bodies inside a Florida home after being reported missing a week ago, as deputies conducted a death investigation at the premises.

Loved ones first reported the Todt family missing on January 8, hoping to find answers regarding the whereabouts of Anthony, Megan and their three young children.

Relatives say they last heard from the Todt's on January 6 and neighbors report last seeing them in mid-December.
The Daily Beast reports that the Todt's had recently moved from Colchester, Connecticut, to Celebration, Florida.

I think he did it because he didnt get matching christmas pajamas.

He did have matching pj pants....found a better shot of the photo in the first post. Lots of weird info about this family popping up on FB....they packed up and left for vacation mid-December, kids haven't been in school since then. Nobody has physically seen them in about a month, but people have spoken to them a week or so ago. Speculation that the dad killed them in December and has been living with the bodies since then (until the police came and found the bodies, but no sign of the dad now).

There is a group with some information about the investigation https://www.facebook.com/groups/514633465841242/

Apparently he's in custody but hasn't been charged at this point.

I think this is the same case.

“All parties involved with this investigation are accounted for," Sheriff Russ Gibson said during a brief news conference. He didn't answer reporters' questions about the case.

Deputies were called to the home in Celebration, which is in the shadows of Walt Disney World. The bodies were found inside the home, but sheriff's investigators haven't said how they were killed or what charges the person in custody would face.

The identities of the dead won't be released until the medical examiner conducts autopsies, said sheriff's spokesman Jacob Ruiz.

Investigators had much of the block cordoned off with yellow crime tape Monday afternoon.

Neighbor Marcelo Rodriguez told the Orlando Sentinel he saw deputies at the two story home earlier Monday yelling for residents to open the front door. He said he then saw a man who lives there in handcuffs outside the home. Rodriguez said the man lived at the home with his family.

“We are in shock,” Rodriguez said. “It's terrible."

Lemme guess... Dad got a chance at a better job in Florida so they pulled up stakes & moved. After they arrived, the job never materialized so Dad killed Mom & kids to spare them the ‘shame’ of his unemployment. He considered killing himself but then realized his perfect self was too precious to waste on suicide.

Typical family annihilator bullshit... Narcissist living a fantasy world, shit doesn't pan out and they get an eviction notice, he loses his shit and kills everyone.

@ghosttruck

When posting an update, check for info that has already been posted by someone else. Only include the NEW info PLEASE (or a few simple lines of re-hash in long threads and the new stuff). A bit of the important info and the link is far better than just a link. Don't be lazy and just post it anyway. It annoys people. Just because it's from a different source does NOT mean it's new information.

Physical therapist dad who killed his wife, three children and family dog lived with their bodies for TWO WEEKS in their Disney town home and was behind on 20 loans
So while the police search for a motive for an unfathomable act, public records and court affidavits showed how Todt in his private life was encircled by a federal criminal investigation into Medicaid fraud, exorbitant spending, unpaid bills and eviction notices.

"The father of a man who confessed to killing his wife and three children inside an upscale home on the edge of Disney World plotted to have his own wife killed in a shooting nearly 40 years ago — an attack reportedly witnessed firsthand by the suspect when he was only a young boy.

Anthony Todt was just 4 years old when he saw his mother’s attempted murder unfold in Bensalem, Pa., in 1980. She survived the deadly attack and her husband, Robert Todt, was charged with the shooting, which “destroyed her left eye,” according to court documents obtained by People.

The bullet “remains lodged in her skull” to this day.

The family violence Todt expected at such a young age was disturbingly mirrored in a Florida home he shared with his wife, three children and dog, Breezy earlier this week."

Leading up to the discovery of the bodies, a federal affidavit revealed Todt was being investigated by the FBI after they report he engaged in a health care fraud scheme in which he allegedly submitted fake claims to Connecticut’s medicaid program from 2015 to 2019.

In the affidavit, when questioned as to the motivation for committing the fraud, authorities report Todt blamed loans and living above his means, and according to his Florida landlord, Todt owed more than $6,000 in back rent and was being evicted.

Florida's going at him hard!

Florida will seek death penalty for Anthony Todt, man charged with killing his family
Prosecutors in Florida will seek the death penalty for a Connecticut man charged with killing his wife, three children and family dog in the idyllic Disney community of Celebration, according to a report.

State Attorney Aramis Ayala said her office’s death penalty review panel had decided unanimously to seek the death penalty against him, according to the report.

July 28, 2020. The truth finally revealed...:penguin::spy:

Anthony Todt ... has now claimed in a prison letter that his wife poisoned the children, murdered them in their sleep, then killed herself.

Todt, 44, wrote the 27-page letter from Osceola County Jail to his father in Massachusetts, the Orlando Sentinel reported Monday. The letter was dated June 19.

He claimed in the letter that his wife, Megan, put 13-year-old Alek, 11-year-old Tyler and 4-year-old Zoe to sleep with a dessert tainted with Benadryl and then stabbed and suffocated the children at their home in Celebration.

Todt said he returned home from doing maintenance at a nearby condo they owned and found his wife sitting on the stairs. He said she confessed to killing the children.

“At the news of this I ran to the bathroom and puked — I was weak,” Todt wrote.

He said his wife then drank a bottle of Benadryl and stabbed herself in the stomach.
