SIOUX FALLS (KSFY) - A 38-year-old Sioux Falls woman has been arrested for having sexual contact with a minor.

Sioux Falls police said Samantha Lynn Eberle was arrested early Saturday after a patrol officer noticed her vehicle near the North Drive area.


Public Information Officer Sam Clemens said Eberle was found in the back seat of the vehicle with a 13-year-old boy. Police also found drug paraphernalia including a marijuana pipe, methamphetamine and sex toys in the car.

Eberle is being charged with possession of controlled substance, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, sexual contact with a child under 16 and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Syphilis. Seriously. My "What's syphilis, precious" post wasn't just a joke. It can cause skin lesions, body rashes, hair loss, permanent discoloration, and some other lovely effects like eventual fatal organ damage and dementia. Whoever that kid with her was needs to haul ass to a clinic right goddamn now.
 
A Sioux Falls woman accused of having a sexual encounter with a 13-year-old boy and having drugs around teens this summer is facing new allegations of intending to distribute drugs.

Samantha Lynn Eberle, 39, was indicted last week by a Minnehaha County grand jury on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Eberle is accused of having just under an ounce of marijuana and about 20 grams of methamphetamine on or about Jan. 15, according to the indictment and a bond document. She was pulled over for speeding, police said, and drugs were found in the vehicle.

Eberle was charged in June 2019 after police found Eberle and a 13-year-old boy in the backseat of a parked vehicle with meth, a marijuana pipe and sex toys, police previously said. She was charged with sexual contact with a child younger than 16, sexual exploitation of a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of drugs and paraphernalia.

Eberle posted bond shortly after her June arrest.

In July 2019, she was pulled over for running a red light, police said. Officers found two baggies totaling 4.5 ounces of marijuana and a pipe. Three boys — ages 13, 13 and 10 — were in the vehicle, which attributes to the contributing to abuse and neglect charges. Two of the boys were related to Eberle and the third's dick had been inside her.

In November 2019, Eberle was charged with violating a protection order against the victim in the June 2019 case, according to court documents.

A report of the alleged violation says Eberle tried to go to a building where the now 14-year-old victim was living in September 2019. A probation officer asked Eberle why she was there, and she said she was bringing her son to visit the victim, according to the report. They were not allowed into the building.
