BALTIMORE — The cries of a husband in mourning echoed through the streets of Southeast Baltimore Sunday evening. The entire neighborhood is in mourning after another life was lost to gun violence.

3 hours later and just a few blocks away, 21-year-old Daniel Powell was shot and killed on Linwood Avenue.

Then, early Sunday morning in Downtown Baltimore, police said 7 people were injured after two gunmen, one with a rifle, opened fire into a line of people waiting to get into a hookah lounge. 19 rounds were found at the scene.
