"A Red Bluff woman is held on $1 million bail after she was arrested for the continuous sexual assault of a 5-year old girl.

Red Bluff police arrested 27-year-old Rachel Campbell Wednesday morning after a disturbance at her home on Scottsdale Way.

While investigating, officers said they learned Campbell had been sexually assaulting the 5-year old girl. During the investigation, officers found evidence of continued sexual assault of a minor.

Campbell was booked into Tehama County Jail for several charges including possession of child pornography, child endangerment, sexual battery, and continued sexual assault of a child."

That bitch looks off.. We had a neighbor that was charged with sexual assault of her 4 year old. When everything finally came out we learned she would violate her with a hairbrush handle for punishment of whatever she found offensive. It makes me wonder how often kids are punished that way.. I realize I really don't want the answer - any children harmed this way is too many..

The California statue is a tiny bit different. It requires at least 3 sexual acts and 3 or more months must pass from the first and last acts. Otherwise, its the same. (link)

As for our perp, I tried to look her a bit, but here's the rub. Her legal name is Rachel Holt, but uses Campbell for some fucking reason. This is her county lockup information.

I did not find any Rachel Holt in Red Bluff or nearby Redding, but I did find a Rachel Campbell from Red Bluff on Linkedin. She lives in Red Bluff and works in Redding for an adult care service and is a local union organizer.

Question:
What do you think, is this the same Rachel? The Linkedin photo would probably be at least 3 years old, so account for that and lifestyle changes (depravity will change a person). Plus the Linkedin is glamorized and the mugshot is sans makeup.

Its gets better. Romona was the boy's foster mother when he was just 6 years old and adopted him at 8, so she had 7 years to groom him so she could blow his teen peen. Below is from her appeal.
There are two victims in this case; the first (the son) was six or seven years old when he began living with defendant, his foster mother. When he was eight years old, defendant adopted him. When he was 13 years old, defendant started having sex with him. Defendant engaged in hundreds of sexual acts with the son in the subsequent six years.

Defendant began having sex with the second victim, who was the son's friend, between his sophomore and junior years of high school. Over a two-year period, defendant had sex with the friend about 10 times. Her final sexual encounter with the friend occurred in December 2018 ....

I am in Texas and saw a short news piece about this back when it happened in late November 2020. Something about it.. I don't know...seems off, do you know what I mean? I mean of course the whole thing is most very off, but something about it struck me and I keep coming back to it. This is the only place I have seen anything at all about it other than the first initial story. That just seems kind of weird especially for somebody being held on 2 million in bail. It is a disturbing report with very little info. I would really love some additional info, especially on this woman. I mean yes she does look...not quite right, and I have seen her facebook page which would seem to indicate the same. Not a lot of friends, just generally, she seems like a weird chick but then again we don't have any details, and the ones we do have are quite vague which is often not a good sign. so, you never know...innocent til proven and all that. It wouldn't be the first time an innocent person found themselves up such a river. That said I'm inclined to think she is not innocent. The thing is, she is charged with stuff which, if true, it would seem like something that involves more people than just her right?.... I don't know, does anybody live in the area? On some forum or perhaps on facebook I saw somebody say "I think she's one of them girls that hangs out up at the ranch" WHAT?? What ranch? It sounds so ominous I need to know more! Who are "them girls"?

I took a look at the Tehama County courts, but I didn't find a case for her. It may be the information is not online because the victim in this case is a juvenile. Then too, it's only been three months since she was arrested. Lots of things are running slower than normal because of the pandemic, and felony trials don't run swiftly even under normal conditions. With the lack of data on the Tehama County Courts web site, I cannot even speculate on what's going on with this specific case.

As far as how many people were involved? Her alleged victim is five years old, and it doesn't take much brawn to overcome any resistance a child that young could mount. Conceivably, she could have done what she's accused of without help even though she's small.

it doesn't say but prob. a plea deal to spare the child from testifying, but i think that with young victims it should be done in a way that they don't have to face the offender and questioned only by someone they trust. The questions could be sent to that person, who would know how to ask the child, so the child is not scared etc. I don't know if those plea deals should ever happen, cuz to me, there is more insult on top of injurie to see that what happened to any victims is only worth a slap on the wrists for the offenders
 
Just saw this thread on Google ,and I was reading the comments and was deciding to comment. This POS is my exwife and never changed her last name due to her lying that she did change her last name . Yes she got 15 year to life but I wish she got the death penalty or life but sometimes we don't always get the justice we want . Just know that the little girl is safe and in good hands. And she will never have to see that monster again . And yes she took a lesser charge because she felt that by pleading guilty she wouldn't have to do the full 32 years with the evidence against . For all I care she can rott in there . Chapter closed
