"A woman was arrested after she was found passed out behind the wheel of her car overnight, with her two young children in the vehicle, the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office said.

Candace Campbell was booked into jail on charges of child endangerment and DUI.

The TCSO said Campbell was found unconscious in her car, sitting in the middle of the road at 71st and Riverside around 2:30 a.m."
