A search warrant executed by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office led to the arrest of parents, Rachel Marie Wakefield, 42, and Terry Allen Wakefield, 48, for alleged child abuse and torture, say officials.
A search warrant at a home in Norris Run was obtained and executed by the Sheriff’s Office. The search warrant listed “confinement evidence”, such as crates, cages, closets, etc., plus monitoring gear, such as cameras or audio devices, and soundproofing. It also listed “nutritional neglect” evidence, such as empty or locked refrigerator, spoiled food or lack of food.
