This is somewhat unprecedented, but it seems there may be some merit here...

The Trump campaign accused Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday of engaging in “largest campaign finance violation in American history” in a complaint to the Federal Election Commission over her attempt to use political donations made to President Biden.

“Kamala Harris is seeking to perpetrate a $91.5 million dollar heist of Joe Biden’s leftover campaign cash — a brazen money grab that would constitute the single largest excessive contribution and biggest violation in the history of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971,” Trump campaign general counsel David Warrington wrote in a grievance to the FEC.

The complaint was filed against Harris, Biden, the 81-year-old president’s principal campaign committee – renamed Harris for President on Sunday – and the committee’s treasurer.

It further describes the effort to repurpose the $91.5 million left in Biden’s campaign account to Harris as “fraudulent” and a “mockery of our campaign finance laws.”

Warrington argues that there is “no provision in federal campaign finance law for Kamala Harris to take over Joe Biden’s candidacy” and assume “control of his campaign” by simply amending forms on file with FEC.

He also claims that Harris, 59, is ineligible to inherit Biden’s war chest because she did not file a statement of candidacy designating Biden for President as one of her authorized committees.

The complaint refers to Harris as a “separate individual candidate competing for the Democratic Party’s nomination” in reasoning that the transfer of funds amounts to a “massive excessive contribution from Biden for President” to the vice president.

“The Commission must immediately find reason to believe and quickly end this ongoing violation,” Warrington’s letter concludes.

A Harris campaign official also claimed that the various Biden fundraising committees have always been authorized committees for both the president and vice president and are the same other the name change.

FEC Chairman Sean Cooksey – an appointee of former President Donald Trump – told NPR on Monday that the “unprecedented” nature of Biden handing Harris the keys to his campaign war chest may prove “complicated” and spark legal challenges.

“I think it’s gonna have to go through a process, through the FEC,” Cooksey said. “I expect, there’s probably going to be challenges to that at the agency, and probably in the courts as well.”

DISTRACTION

While 100 mil can seem like much, 2020 has almost 10 bil budget in total, 1 KKK collected by Biden from the donors, so it's 10%, still a lot, but keep in mind things like Larry Page pleading to Hillary, that they won't make a direct donation to her campaign, but they provide her with 1 KKK in "free" advertisements (not officially, in leaked emails, with Google alone having 90% of search engine market share in USA).

Plus Kamala is a terrible human being, boasting about imprisoning parents for their children truancy, putting the children in group homes, and even Google says black ones have 10 times higher rates than white ones.

Who is going to vote for her?
The rich caste has already seen them both being their bitches, so there may a tie.

And while Trump is definitely racist, his policies did not seem to show that.
Shemala is a sociopath, and no one likes her (apart from Drew Barrymore who called her "mammala", but even Harris looked at her like an idiot)

The money was for the Biden-Harris ticket, but there's no more Biden-Harris ticket, so, yeah.

"Harris’ team raised more than $81 million in the 24-hour period since Biden’s announcement..."

880,000 unique donors of up to $200.
Reports are that it's over $100 million now. She's doing OK.

The donors of the $91.5 million should be contacted and offered a refund, or a redirection of their donations.

There are rules and guidelines for this kind of thing. Campaign financing is heavily regulated, isn't it?

Oh, I know!
I have this one American friend, who had Biden&harris stickers on his WhatsApp all the time.
But once, when we had a dinner, I said "ain't" and he told me, that only "dumb, uneducated blacks" say that...

I'm not dumb, I'm not uneducated and I'm the furthest thing from Black that most have ever seen and I LOVE saying 'ain't'. Mainly because it throws people off when I do... :angelic:

I try my best not to say "ain't", I do slip up occasionally, but I'm from the south, it's how I was raised. But I am surprised at the amount of people who aren't from the south who use it. It's just a word, saying it or not saying doesn't make you dumber or smarter, it just makes you a human being who's not perfect.

I really only do it around my Mom. Once I found it in the dictionary in about 1986, I was home free to use it and I have, relentlessly, for the past 38+/- years. Because I can be contrary like that... :shame:

Let's take a look at Joe's polls and think about what Kamala can do to improve that...

I'm thinking that she will point out that there's a lot of room for improvement.
(I can't imagine what Joe's Immigration numbers would be without our 'Border Czar').
