Getting served for a protection order is what I am referring to as trouble. It is in fact trouble because I mean c'mon -- it isn't given out to good doers. It's given out to people who are stalking and harassing. Since he has a past record of doing this sort of thing, I figured it was relevant to mention. Also, he's being investigated on being with the 15-year old. Could he be arrested now? Yes, but they are trying to get everything they can so the prosecutors can build a bigger case. Just doing their due diligence.

Well, he lives in Tampa so they are serving it from there. The 15-year old lives in Cocoa, FL. So it would be from the county she lives in since he has to go there for the hearing. So it should be Brevard County. He lives in Hillsborough County.

Fair enough about the cussing. I'm just trying to keep it civil and peaceful unlike last time's mishap.

There is no warrant for him in ALL of Florida. I even had someone in Law Enforcement check for me. If there was a warrant for his arrest they'd have arrested him by now, he isn't that hard to find.

No worries. Yeah, hopefully I will have more news soon in the form of something good. Like an arrest. He does have a habit of not showing up at hearings though so I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't show up on June, 4th. Then again, maybe he will. I'm betting on him not showing up. Just based on past experience.

I do have to get going but I will check in later. Some time after 10. I'm glad things are more clam now. :)

I wasn't slow rolling anybody. Don't accuse me of doing that. I swear...some of you assume things way too often and see things that aren't really there. I simply said what was told to me. Either the guy misspoke, lied, or maybe he meant to say the warrant was in a county in a different state. My research I've done speaks for itself. Don't trll me over one stupid thing. Don't accuse me of trying to pull one over on you guys when that isn't the case. That's internet tripe.

While I know John is probably a douche he hasn't done anything illegal yet.

I'm very curious to know what your beef is with him. It's ok if you hate him, there's a few people I know that haven't done anything to break the law but I would like them shipped off to a deserted island, on another planet.

If your intent was to out him you should have presented everything. He's been arrested before there's no doubt about it, including having domestic violence cases against him but he hasn't done anything that is considered illegal.

I know a restriaining order in FL is given to anyone that asks for one. All you gotta say is you're scared of that person and poof you're granted one and have to go to court a month later to persuade a judge to extend it.

I would like to know why he wasn't arrested if he went to meet that, girl? There was a midget arrested a few weeks ago for driving to meet a teenager.
 
After perusing his facebook page, is it true the mother of the 16 year old girl is married to a sex offender?

I'm not siding with him on this, just want to know if that's really the man her mother is married to or if it's just some dude with the same name as her husband.

There was an incident a while back with the guy. Sharkey is using to deflect attention off himself. The guy paid for his crimes, but it had nothing to do with children. I'm not saying it's right, I'm just saying he hasn't reportedly done anything since.

Just curious, but if u have a screenshot of and/or saw it before deleted, y didn't u have him arrested for two counts of terroristic threats? U could've gotten much more than a simple restraining order PLUS put his sick ass behind bars.

He has been found guilty and convicted several times. My case, with the sources, have been presented. Not quite sure where you're getting that he hasn't done anything illegal. Also, I believe I wrote on this forum that an investigation is taking place. He has admitted to kissing the girl and wanting to impregnate her He wrote personal letters to her mother, stating how he can take her away and have her married to him.

No, it wasn't with a minor. No one on here has any details on what happened and it happened a while ago. Since nothing happened as of late, I'm not going to crucify the guy. I'm worried about the multiple offenses of a guy who's doing things as of right now.
