For a couple of months I've wanted to post about the "Gilbert Goons" a group of affluent teens who violently menaced the community and are now charged with the murder of Preston Lord, 16, but it unfolded really slowly so it never felt like the right time
You'll understand why it took so long when you see the example of one teenager "Goon" Talan Renner, 17, who had a lot of help from his parents in concealing his crime.

There's loads of videos online from the attacks they committed all over that community, they've been at it for months.

"The City of Chandler is exploring a new ordinance to better protect minors after a wave of teen violence in the East Valley.
Thursday, the Chandler City Council is expected to learn about a proposal that would ban the sale of brass knuckles to minors."

Talyn Vigil, 17, have all been charged in Lord's murder.
"One witness told police Nov. 4 that Renner apparently admitted to a friend he was the first one to punch Lord at a party in the Phoenix suburb, allegedly over a $10 gold necklace stolen from one of Lord's friends, according to FOX 10.
Renner's parents, Becky and Travis Renner, owned multiple Orangetheory Fitness studios in different states.
Becky allegedly took the 16-year-old to a lawyer following Lord's attack and "was told by the attorney that he would 'get off' [not in trouble] because of the amount of kids that were said to be involved.""
"Renner's family allegedly transported him to their cabin in Show Low, about three hours from their home in Maricopa County, as his father's ex-girlfriend told police, according to local news outlet AZ Family.
Renner's attorney allegedly advised his family to allow his hands time to heal before bringing him home, the outlet reported, citing police documents."
Things are very much ongoing in this case.
The community, naturally, is shocked, SHOCKED this isn't all Dominic Turner's fault, doing, idea, etc.
Treston, Talan, Talyn are right up there with the names made fun of on the regular here.
Married men shouldn't leave a trail of disgruntled ex-girlfriends.
Lawyers shouldn't give sketchy advice to scumbag parents.

Authorities took months to name the suspects, with enraged locals who demanded justice and claimed the young boys' powerful families were preventing justice from being served."
"Ashley Reynolds, who worked for Talan's father Travis Renner, has claimed she was an unwilling participant in a coverup that allegedly began as soon as Preston was critically injured.
The former employee at Relentless Media Agency told Arizona Republic that her bosses Renner and Adam Kifer, CEO of Relentless Media Agency, openly discussed their plans to hide evidence and shift blame on another boy with a 'similar name.'"
If you think we live in a classless society then you're not a part of the class that knows its not. Doesn't bother me, just think it's ridiculous when people look the direction they try to distract you with.

TRY to find a mugshot of Talan Renner. No reason there shouldn't be one published. Arizona doesn't have the kind of mugshot laws other states have that explain the abscence of other mugshots, so why do YOU think Talan Renner's isn't online??
Other underaged suspects had their mugshots posted online and they're all being charged as adults and he is the main suspect.
