Two days after Chris Watts' family vanished, he asked to see his father as he was being questioned by investigators in Colorado.

In a bare white room at the Frederick Police Department, he told his father that he'd "freaked out" and killed his wife in a fury after a fight over plans to separate, according to newly released video from the Weld County District Attorney's office.

The girls were 3 and 4, Jack. They would have fit through an 8" hole.They were dead; if necessary he could push hard to get them into the tank. They couldn't complain.

There is a full-length photograph of both girls here, and you can see how small they were. Celeste, the 3-year-old, would have fit through that 8" hole with no problem. Bella, the 4-year-old, looks to have been enough bigger that he might have had to get her positioned just so to slide through the hole, but he would not have had to dismember her to get her to fit.

Shan'ann was too big to fit through an 8" hole. He didn't dismember her; instead, he dug a shallow grave and buried her in one piece.

I need something 8 inches wide to see if i can fit my 5 year old niece down it. Shes a little bit bigger than a 4 year old, but still quite a tiny thing, doubt shell go all the way through but should give me an idea at least.
 
I don't know why but I initially assumed they were in like 55 gallon drums, not giant tanks like that. I also did not realize that oil sludge would be that corrosive to a body.

Nah - The inmates should plaster his cell walls with pictures of his children's faces and every time he takes them down, they put them right back up. Make every day he lives a constant reminder of the family he killed just so he could stick his peen in some girls pooper. Maybe then he'll decide to take a dive off of tier 3

I dont fully buy his recent confession. I think he made some shit up to try and shift blame, or at leastm ake his actions more understandable in his own twisted scumbag way. His sequence of events is just bizarre. They fought, they banged, he asked for the family to leave the home and get a fresh start, she tells him she knows about the affair, then HE asks for a divorce, then supposedly she went off on him telling him hed never see the kids again. C'mon, very very bizarre to imagine all that craziness playing out in the span of a night, especially the way it did. That last part is what i think he's twisting around though, sort of a,"yeah what i did is awful, BUT look what she said to me, she was going to keep me from ever seeing my girls again!, aint she awful!!!!???" type of deal. Pretty common trait of sociopaths, no matter what there is always this attempt to shift blame around or at the very least to in some manner justify their actions, often at least in their own minds.

The five-bedroom, four-bath house in Frederick was sold for an unspecified price, The Sun reported.

It had been on the market since May when the listing said potential buyers had to submit a funding commitment of at least $600,000 from a bank.

A real estate agent posted a congratulatory note on social media to the new owners saying, “It took everything we had to get here!!! So happy for you guys and can’t wait to see the memories you make in your new home!!!” according to The Sun.

The agent then added “since it’s been asked. Yes, this was the Watts house. It is now the Miller home and they cannot wait to put love, family and laughter back into this house.”
