Sentenced: Solnifasint Nelson Accused In Death Of 3YO Stepson

21-year-old Solnifasint Nelson is accused of beating his three-year-old stepson in Grand Prairie.

Authorities said because the child's injuries were so severe, the little boy had to be airflown to Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth for treatment. Sadly, the child died from his injuries four days later on Wednesday, May 15.

The same day, when the child was taken to the hospital, Nelson was arrested for injury to a child causing serious bodily injury or death.

I wonder how this dude's parents came up with the nonsense word "Solnifasint" and decided to name him that. Even "Solnificent" would've been more linguistically proper, but still a nonsense word. Does that mean an all-creating sun? If that is how the name is supposed to literally translate, then it didn't fit this dude, whose brain has the energy of a half-fizzled lightbulb that doesn't illuminate anything but instead gives its surroundings a vague dark yellow tint.
