An Oklahoma City woman claims a $2,000 reward for turning in her ex-boyfriend, who is accused of brutally killing a puppy.
Video from a business owner in Oklahoma City showed the suspect, Larry Don McMillan, 57, carrying a puppy by its hind legs, before laying it on the ground and stomping on its head.
Sarah Looney turned in her ex-boyfriend, McMillian.
He was arrested for animal cruelty charges.
Looney talked to Animal Wellness Action over the phone and said, "I love animals and I didn’t know [Larry] was like that. He was never mean to my big dog. But then he started getting that way (abusive) to me and then my puppy."
"People like that need to get help or not be let out of prison. I am glad he is locked up for what he did to animals, and for what he had done to me," Looney said.
