Sentenced: Phoenix Babysitter's Registered Sex Offender Husband Molested 2 Children In Their Home

A Phoenix woman's husband, who is a registered sex offender, is accused of molesting two young children the woman was in charge of babysitting.

Phoenix police report that on May 3, a pre-school-aged girl told her sister that Adam Joseph Ramsey, 40, sexually touched her.

The girl was at Ramsey's home being babysat by his wife.

Ramsey and the girl were left alone in the home for about an hour.

When police investigated, they allegedly found out the victim's sibling was also molested by Ramsey a month earlier.

Court records show that Ramsey is a registered sex offender on lifetime probation for sexual conduct with a minor.

Ramsey was arrested at his home on May 9 for sexual conduct with a minor and child molestation.

The wife should be arrested if she was aware that he was RSO and allowed the children to be left alone with him. He has a son and a daughter who appear to be around seven and eight.

I would think the checks would be similar to foster care where every household member is finger printed and checked.
