Sentenced: Milton Man Found Guilty Of Sexually Abusing Little Girl Under Twelve

A Santa Rosa County jury last week found a Milton man guilty of sexually abusing a young girl over a span of about four months in 2019.

James Johnston Stevens, 36, was convicted July 9 of three counts of sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12, according to a news release from State Attorney Ginger Bowden Madden's office.

Stevens abused the girl between March 1 and July 6, 2019, according to his arrest report. The report also stated that the girl's limited vocabulary hindered her ability to fully articulate and describe Stevens' actions to authorities.

I am always impressed with your recommended means of punishment, Sejanus. A few days ago, I had to remove a fairly large piece of “kinesiology tape” from my back (the physical therapists are gung ho about this) and it felt like I was ripping a HUGE section of band aids from my skin...and in that brief but torturous moment I realized that one method of torture you could add to your “punishment repertoire” would be to cover the criminal head to toe in band aids, then tear each one off SLOWLY. Taking extra time on the hairiest parts of his body. Can we make this a thing?
