Sentenced: Mascotte Man Arrested For Capital Sexual Battery, Abuse On A Child

Luis M. Ramirez, 38, has been charged with sexual battery on a juvenile younger than 12, exposing a minor to harmful motion pictures, two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation, child abuse without great bodily harm ad lewd and lascivious exhibition.

The child told investigators that Ramirez used his hands to touch her private parts, which she called her “cookie,” despite telling him no.

He then forced her to perform oral sex on him. He also showed her an adult porn video on his phone, according to the arrest report.

Investigators also talked to a second child, who said she had been fondled as long as five years ago. She takes medicine for anxiety, according to the report.
