On March 19, The Princeton Police and the Anoka-Hennepin Narcotics and Violent Crimes Task Force executed a no-knock search warrant at a Princeton address following reports that the residents at the house, Heather Dietrich, 32, and Frank Christopher Miller had been prostituting a 6-year-old girl for drugs and money. Miller had an active DOC warrant for his arrest.
Per the warrant, officers checked the door handle and, upon finding it locked, breached the entrance, announcing, “Police, search warrant.” Dietrich was located at the top of the stairs, according to the complaint, wearing only a jacket. Officers ordered her multiple times to lie down on her stomach, and she refused and swore repeatedly at the officers. Dietrich blocked the doorway at the top of the staircase and moved as if to push the officers away. An officer pulled Deitrich to the floor, and she began kicking and screaming.
Inside the bedroom, officers found Miller hiding in a closet. Both parties were taken into custody. Law enforcement found substantial corroborating evidence in the residence for the trafficking report, including a collage of baby pictures with the handwritten caption, “I love you, my little wh*re.” The task force is further reviewing the charges.
Dietrich has currently been charged with one felony count of aiding an offender on probation
