This piece of shit has been sentenced for the killing of an elderly woman in his care because the television was too loud.
In 2019 46-year-old Dmitri G. Rogatchev was the live-in-care taker to 75-year-old Sandra Jackson.
Rogatchev told police that Jackson fell but hospital staff contradicted that by saying they believed Jackson was a victim of elder abuse.
An autopsy showed that Jackson was a victim of homicide and the cause of death was “severe intracranial hemorrhages in her brain, due to blunt force trauma,” per the Journal Star.
Rogatchev in a follow interview admitted he got mad and struck Jackson in the head, but claimed he was so upset that he could not remember exactly what happened.
Rogatchev will now have to spend 100% of the next 60 years in prison.
