Meridith Price was charged with two counts of aggravated assault when she was accused of spitting toward a woman, pulling a knife on her, and then trying to hit her with her vehicle, per report.
On June 29th, Metro Nashville Police were called to the AM Express. According to affidavits, officers interviewed mother/daughter duo, Melissa and Breyana Clay. Melissa explained that when she was attempting to walk into the store,
Meredith Price spit in her direction. After Melissa told Price that was a nasty thing to do Price told her “because I’m a nasty bitch” prompting Melissa to spit on the ground as well.
Eventually, an argument broke out and Melissa’s daughter chimed in, at which point Price secured a knife and tried to exit her vehicle. Breyana stopped that when she sprayed Price with pepper spray. Instead, Price backed her vehicle up to a pump and Melissa tried to get the plate number. Price kept backing up to avoid Melissa writing down her plate until she finally decided to hit Melissa instead. Security footage showed Price attempt to hit her victim multiple times.
