40-year-old Kamal Samater was charged with two counts of indecent exposure and stalking after he exposed himself to a Starbucks barista, rubbed his genitals on the glass door when leaving, and then demanded free coffee.
On July 30th, Memphis Police were called in response to a disturbance at Starbucks. Inside the business, Kamal Samater was using obscene and vulgar language toward barista S. Maty. When asked to leave, Samater exposed his privates and rubbed them on the handle of the glass door of the business.
On August 31st, Samater returned and was making a ruckus inside the Starbucks when he demanded a free cup of coffee. When asked to leave, he resorted to showing off his genitals again. He also continued his sexual language towards Maty. Two days later, Maty gave a positive identification of Samater in a photo lineup.
