SCOOP: Angry Man Charged For Leaving Bruise On a 2-year-old Girl’s Arm

32-year-old Samuel Reed was charged with child abuse when he became angry and grabbed a 2-year-old girl by her arm that left bruises, per report.

On June 28th, The mother, Tiffany Reed, of the two-year-old little girl who suffered injuries to her left arm, and the mom’s friend witnessed Samuel Reed get angry then pick up the child by her arm.

He picked her up hard enough to leave a hand-shaped bruise. They said that Reed did this around 7 pm that night while the three of them were sitting outside their apartment. The mother said that she has no idea what made him so angry but she believes that he is schizophrenic who experiences mood swings.
