23-year-old Tadarious Smith was charged with aggravated assault after he strangled his girlfriend twice until she was unconscious and punched her repeatedly in the face, per report.

Brittany Gurley reported that her boyfriend Tadarious Smith became angry when she answered a phone call from her friend. She advised that he was drunk and when she asked him to leave her apartment, he refused and proceeded to grab her hair and throw her to the ground. While she was down, Tadarious jumped on top of her and started strangling her until she lost consciousness.

According to the affidavit, she woke up to him punching her in the face, making her nose bleed, and he strangled her again until she passed out for a second time. When she came to, she said she fought to get away from him and locked herself in the bathroom. Tadarious then started banging on the door but Brittany refused to let him in and called the police. She stated that she ran out of the bathroom and he followed her, saying “call whoever you want imma do it again.”

Wow .. anyway .. my ex would would hide the one phone in the closet with a key only deadbolt or just rip it out and laugh and mock me needing help .. as he mocks me he would tell me there's no one to save a piece of shit like me .. and remind me I was 12 hours away from my family and he had me and my kids .. it's all a mind fuck ..

I had one like that as well. He broke my phone and controlled all our money. I'm glad I'm out and that you are as well.
