36-year-old Zulfigar Niazi was charged with two counts of domestic assault when he vividly described in the presence of police how he would murder and maim his father and brother.

On March 31st, officers were summoned for a domestic disturbance. According to affidavits, Zulfigar Niazi was continuing the confrontation even after authorities arrived. Officers observed Niazi verbally threaten to kill Umar Niazi and Usman Ahmed Khan.

According to the affidavits, he told his brother “As soon as police leave I am going to take a corkscrew and stab you in the head.” He intimidated his father stating: “And I am going to grab a knife and cut off your dick.” These events occurred in front of the responding officers who believed Niazi would follow through if he was not apprehended.
