A woman severed a man’s penis during a reported sexual assault at a South Carolina home, officials say.

She also stabbed Dennis Glenn Slaton before she escaped, naked and soaked in blood, and found refuge at a nearby Waffle House, according to an incident report obtained by the Greenville News and other outlets.

Slaton, 61, says his accuser “bit off his penis” and that his injuries landed him in the hospital for weeks, WSPA reports.

But he “denied the accusations against him,” WSPA reports.

It all happened after the woman paid Slaton to take her somewhere on Aug. 8, according to an arrest warrant from the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.

Instead, he started going the opposite way and held a knife near the woman’s throat, saying he would kill her, deputies say.

Officials say Slaton wouldn’t let the woman get out of his car and forced her into his house, where he sexually assaulted her.

“During the assault, the woman severed Slaton’s penis, used the knife he threatened her with to stab him in the buttocks, and ran as he chased her through the house,” The Greenville News reports.

She eventually got away and darted through the neighborhood to ask for help, according to WSPA.

“It was pretty bad, pretty tragic, what happened to me,” Slaton told the Greenville News, without commenting further. “... If things had not transpired as they had, I would have been found here at my house dead.”

Slaton now faces charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping, according to court records.

Slaton is a registered sex offender who has convictions since 1989 for attempted rape, sodomy and “peeping, voyeurism, or aggravated voyeurism,” state records show.

One of the hallmarks of a man-hater is denying you're a man-hater.

Btw the only reason women hate rape so much is because they know sex is the only thing of value they have to offer, they contribute nothing else to society. So their goal in life is getting as much resources as possible in return for giving a man a few minutes of access to their vagina. Rape is simply when he gets sex for free, and women can't have that cause then they'd have no worth.

If a woman raped me I wouldn't be bothered that much. Certainly I wouldn't seek to physically mutilate her sex organs then paint myself as the victim. Because unlike women, I don't have a visceral hatred and disgust towards the opposite gender's sexuality.

I wouldn't like it cause I'm not gay. But I still wouldn't even wish such a horrific punishment on him as removal of his sex organs. If he put it in my mouth against my consent the worst possible thing I might do is just bite to cause pain not bite down all the way like a rabid animal.
That's actually a thing I noticed between how men and women fight. Men learn through play-fighting when they're young how to attack without mutilating, whereas women more often than not cause permanent damage to their victims.

I don't think rape is ok but I most certainly don't blow it out of proportion like women do. Far FAr FAR worse things can happen than a few minutes of sex without your sacred permission. Like I said the only reason women are so hysterical about it and men aren't is because women know sex is the only thing they contribute to civilization, and if they don't get their vagina's worth in resources they know they've got nothing else of value.

I read it years ago, can't remember where. Women are far less likely to get into physical altercations than men are, but when they do they are more likely to cause mutilating results because of a lack of play-fighting during infancy.

Are you referring to the "second-class citizens" who get 63% lower prison sentences than men for the same crime as well as far higher acquittal rate? And the ones that have divorce courts and family courts stacked in their favor? And the ones that can get away with committing paternity fraud (which is far worse than rape)?
