He raped his 12 year old student in a sugarcane field in October of 2018.
The 39 year-old government school teacher video recorded his crime... cuz, well...he's a monster that loved the idea of using it for threats and leverage for continued abuse.
A few days after the assault, authorities had enough to lay charges and arrested Niraj Modi and enjoyed 2 months in holding.
Instead of having an accidental suicide in custody Modi was bailed out thanks to dear, old dad Rajaram (rape supporter).
Things took a turn.
A few more months pass and poor papa shows up to police with a tale of a dead rapi...er...son.
He had a death certificate and a snapshot...
Yup totally convincing.
One person wasn't buying it, the girls mom.
Turns out there was never a funeral or burial rights.
No shaven heads in the "dead" scrotum family either.
See, it's a thing for mourning over there.
The body was reportedly incinerated making that kinda convenient too!
Oh, forgot to mention, both families live in the same village of 250 homes.
Questions were raised with some sketchy answers offered...
Cause of death?...oh lets say "disease".
To be fair he clearly is a walking disease.
Mom goes to authorities with her belief Modi the Turd is still drawing breath.
Fast forward to this miracle...

Cremation did not take evidently.
He has since been charged tried and convicted.
He got 14 years on prison hospitality.
Oh and both he and his enabling daddy still face trial for the whole fake death thingies.
As for the victim, she left school never to return and according to her mom the child stays in her room.
They hope to be able to get her married in spite of all of this.
How about getting her some support and therapy instead of trying to shunt off on a man.
